Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tiki Pub services, including our website and cruise experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

All cruises require advance booking and are subject to availability.
A valid form of payment is required to confirm your booking.
Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
Group sizes and passenger limits vary by location and must be adhered to.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by location. Generally:

Individual Tickets: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before departure.
Private Charters: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before departure; partial refund or rescheduling options may apply for later cancellations.
Weather Cancellations: If we cancel due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

BYOB Policy

Tiki Pub operates as a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) experience. Please note:

Beer, wine, and seltzers are permitted on all cruises.
Hard liquor policies vary by location; please check with your specific location before your cruise.
Glass containers may be prohibited at some locations.
All guests must be of legal drinking age (21+) to consume alcohol.
Excessive intoxication may result in removal from the cruise without refund.

Safety and Conduct

All guests must follow the captain's instructions at all times.
Children under 13 must wear a life jacket while the boat is in motion.
Swimming is only permitted at designated times and locations as directed by the captain.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited on all vessels.
Guests engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed from the cruise without refund.

Liability Waiver

All guests are required to sign a digital waiver before participating in a cruise. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with water-based activities and release Tiki Pub from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during your cruise.

Weather Policy

Tiki Pub operates rain or shine. Our tiki boats are partially covered and can accommodate light rain. However, in the event of severe weather conditions (lightning, high winds, storms), we reserve the right to cancel or modify cruises for guest safety. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling options.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Tiki Pub website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tiki Pub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
