Where do I sign the waiver?
A reminder will be sent to your email prior to the event. The waiver can be accessed and completed through your Peek account.
How many people can ride?
Minimum 6, Maximum 16. Maximum weight is 2,800 lbs.
Where do I park?
All Tiki Boat guests will park in the gravel lot. Just follow the signs (Tiki Boat and Cycleboat guests park at the same spot).
Do you stop for a bathroom break?
Yes — of course!
What hours does the Tiki Boat run?
We run 7 days a week with tours running in 2-hour increments. Cincinnati Tiki Boat operates Memorial Day Weekend through mid-October. The only time we don't operate is when Mother Nature doesn't play nice. If this happens you will be contacted and given a future credit for a ride.
Are you USCG approved?
Yes we are! Tiki Boats go through a rigorous inspection before they are shipped off. We must go through training with our certified Captains and the local USCG.
Restricted items? Can we smoke?
No kegs and no glass. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed on the boat. There are designated smoking areas at our halfway stop at Riverside Marina — cigarettes only. There is absolutely no smoking of marijuana while at any of the marinas or while on the boat. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine to the credit card used to purchase the tour and will immediately end the tour.
Do all riders have to be over 18?
Yes. We ask that all guests are 18 and up to board the Tiki Boat. We have adult lifejackets on board for all guests. Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
Who should rent the Cincinnati Tiki Boat?
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporations/businesses (team building, group rewards, promotions, parties), birthday parties, church outings, conventions, sports teams, pub crawls, picnics, family reunions. Pretty much everybody who likes to smile should join us for a ride.
What can I bring on to drink?
You can bring beer, wine and liquor. We do not provide ice so make sure you bring ice and cups. We highly suggest bringing water too.
Do you provide ice?
No, we do not. Please bring your own.
Do you play the music?
You are the DJ! Bring your playlist which connects via Bluetooth to our speaker. Don't worry — if you forget, we have you covered.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled tour are eligible for a store credit, which can be used to rebook any available tour date this summer or in future seasons. We do not offer refunds. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled tour are not eligible for a store credit or refund. Changes to your tour date or time can be made up to 72 hours prior.
What if the weather is not permitting?
We go out rain or shine! The Tiki Boat has a large canopy that does a good job keeping everyone dry. If the captain determines the weather is not safe, you can reschedule up to a year from your booking. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions.

Of course! This is a perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and more. Contact us through the contact form to purchase and redeem at a future date.
